Behavioral health support should be available wherever people receive primary care.
About DRS
DRS Integrated Care Solutions is a healthcare consulting and implementation partner that helps organizations build, strengthen, and sustain integrated behavioral health care.
Our mission
We work alongside leaders and care teams to translate strong care models into practical systems that succeed in everyday practice.
Why DRS exists
Strong integrated-care models already exist. The challenge is making them work in real healthcare settings, where organizations must navigate limited resources, competing priorities, workforce pressures, complex workflows, financial constraints, and changing patient needs.
Even well-designed integrated-care models can struggle during implementation—not because the underlying approach is wrong, but because lasting change requires more than a plan. It requires practical expertise, hands-on partnership, and support that continues from strategy through implementation.
DRS was created to provide that partnership.
Complementary expertise
DRS was founded by Tracy Drahota, PsyD; Bill Rosenfeld, LPC; and Sarah Stookey, PhD, ABPP.
Together, we bring decades of experience across clinical care, integrated-care program development, healthcare operations, implementation, workforce training, quality improvement, and financial sustainability.
Our complementary perspectives allow us to see both the larger system and the day-to-day realities of care delivery. We understand what high-quality integrated care should look like and what it takes to make it operational, measurable, and sustainable.
Meet our teamOur ethos
Effective integrated-care models make a difference only when they can be put into practice in real healthcare settings. We approach each organization with curiosity, humility, and respect for the people doing the work.
We combine evidence with practical experience, address challenges candidly, and develop solutions alongside our partners—not for them.
How we work
DRS works alongside organizations to turn strategy into workflows, workforce capability, measurable outcomes, and lasting change.
Our core values
Five commitments shape the way we think, collaborate, and measure success.
Behavioral health support should be available wherever people receive primary care.
Solutions must work within the realities of patients, care teams, organizations, and communities.
Sustainable change is created with the people who will deliver and experience it.
Integrated care should be evidence-informed, measurable, and consistently focused on meaningful outcomes.
Programs should be designed to endure—clinically, operationally, and financially.
Our scope
DRS provides organizational consulting, training, coaching, and implementation support. We do not provide direct patient care.
Whether you are building a new program, strengthening an existing system, or developing your workforce, DRS can help you move from strategy to everyday practice.
