Our Team

Three perspectives.
One integrated approach.

DRS brings clinical, operational, workforce, and strategic expertise together to solve the real-world challenges of integrated care.

People who understand both the model and the work.

DRS was founded on a simple premise: complex implementation problems are best addressed by a team that understands clinical care, healthcare operations, workforce development, and system change—not one piece in isolation.
